About Us

Clerify was created for those who hate administrative work. For reasons most don’t understand, our team loves doing the tedious tasks that come with owning a business, working at a business, or just overall being an adult. We get a ton of joy out of it and it always feels like we’ve been given a huge gold star when we check something off our task list.

Casey, our Founder, started in the restaurant/bar industry when she was 15 years old and continued that work, in every position (other than cook because you should NEVER trust her in the kitchen), until she was 29. After that (and getting her college degree), she broke into the behavioral health industry and eventually became the Director of Financial Operations and Development at Solutions of North Texas, a nonprofit treatment center in Denton, TX. Casey was in charge of all financial and fundraising matters at Solutions and enjoyed her time there immensely.

Unfortunately, nonprofits have a harder time than ever staying afloat and Solutions shut down in April of 2025. Now, having to look for another job and grieve the loss of Solutions, Casey started considering what she could build on her own. Although she didn’t have the funds needed to open her own treatment center, she knew that she could still do good work for people who need it.

Thus, Clerify was born in August of 2025. Clerify is not a run-of-the-mill administrative company. No. Our mission is to provide fast and accurate results to clients while also maintaining the highest form of integrity. No more “they haven’t called me back yet” or “I’m not quite sure what they’re doing” or worse… “I have no idea what’s going on”. You can trust our contractors with the things you hold most dear and know that it’s being handled in an honest, clear, and effective manner. All we want to do is help.
